what is actually required for restoring an eorch 3.6 server

ie is it all contained in the sql db. is a maint plan for the db enough. or what else is required

The ePO db is the critical item to get you back to the point-in-time where your server destructed--without a restorable db, you would have to recreate all the objects, policies, etc. that currently exist in your schema. Along with restoring the db from the appropriate point-in-time SQL backup, obviously all software (ePO, MS-SQL if your dbe is on the same server as ePO...) need reinstalled, but once that's done, most all of what you've built in ePO will reappear when you point it at the restored database. In addition to backing the db, it's helpful to back your Master Software Repository (there's undoubtedly a bunch of version upgrades and hotfixes in there that aren't available at reinstall).--The Bug Guy
