Backup & restore

Hi, I need to move our current Exchange install onto a new server, I need to backup User Accounts & Email and restore this onto the new server, there are only a few users so should not be too much data, what is the easiest method to do this?

I used Exmerge and it worked great.

What we have done when we needed to replace old exchange servers (because we can't get any decent service windows) has been to add a new server to the exchange domain and then move the mailboxes and connects one by one to the new server.
And then later close the old server after we have seen the new setup running for some time.
