Backup/Restore Exchange2003 with Brightstor 9.01

Hallo,

finally we would like to switch, in december, from Exchange5.5 to Exchange2003.
For Backup/Restore we use Brightstor ARCserve 9.01(Build 2020).

I heard that Exchange2003 comes on board with some special recovery Tools.

Can anyone explain what kind of tools these are ?
What did they do ?

I think that these tools are for "a restore of a runnig system"
and for a desaster recovery i have to use ARCserve ...

Is the ExchangeClient from ARCserve fine working with Exchange2003 ?
