Backup problem with exchange

Hi,
I use ARCSERVE 11.5 sp2 to backup my exchange 2003 server and after the backup of the information store I got one error in the Arcserve log:
E8602 21/03/2007 11:56:21 102 1 Echec de lecture dans la base de données. (DBNAME=First Storage Group, CE=servername:Backup Agent Error -- (303) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupTruncateLogs failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".)

And one error in the event log of windows 2003 of the exchange server:
