Backup Partner Mail Hard Drive

I have 2 Partner Mail R3 systems, one is a backup and never been programed.

Is there any way i can backup the working systems hard drive to the hard drive in the 2nd system so I have an exact backup?

You might be able to use a copier program like Ghost to make a bit-for-bit copy of the hard drive. I have a hard drive workstation that can copy from one drive to another, but that's a rather expensive solution to your problem.

I was going to use ghost, but my computer won't recoginize the drive. I guess it is possible the drive is bad...

These drives may be too old for the PC to recognize. Check your BIOS settings to see if auto detect is activated. Or maybe you can set the parameters manually. You also might have better luck trying to slave the drive to an older Win98 machine.
