Backup - Outlook 2000 SP3

Hello all:

If I pick EXPORT TO A FILE from the IMPORT & EXPORT wizard and click NEXT, nothing happens. I have made backup before but this glitch has just started.... and my PST file is less than 42 MB

Another thing I have noticed is that the deleted files are not purged when I exit outlook although it is configured to do just that

There is 2 other ways to transfer files from Outlook to your *.pst file,
Make sure you can see both sub-directoris in Outlook, (If not go File>Open>Personal Folders File (*.pst) & select your file)

1/ Drag and drop the emails from your Inbox to your *.pst mail folder
2/Select the email(s) & right click & select "Move to folder"
