Backup only writing to one tape?

I have Brightstor Arcserve 9.0 Build 2052, installed on Windows 2000 SP4.

A Full backup runs every Friday night. Every Saturday morning, it prompts me to 'Mount a blank media', when I press ok, it repeats the same message until I hit cancel.

When I mount the tapes, I find it has only written to one tape - there are five available tapes.

Is there anyway of suppressing this message or resolving the issue?

You probably selected an individual tape when you setup the backup job. Modify the job and make sure the specific tape is not highlighted, then resubmit it to the queue. You can also erase the other tapes before backup if you want them to be used for the backup job.
