Backup of 81C

I was wondering if there was a way to get a backup of my system and get it stored offsite. Just incase of flood or fire etc.

Swap out the floppy disks and take them offsite would be the obvious solution. Are you asking about doing this electronically?

Take out the discs and copy them to a file on your PC/CD/network.

and store them right on the network, which is already backed up off site in most companies
