Backup Failure due to OFO Error

I have been able to backup my files successfully until yesterday night at which point I got an OFO error telling me "OFO: Initialization failed Device C:" I looked at the log file and the backup itself was successful as well as the verify stage of it, however when the verify reached 100% the job was put on hold automatically and later it switched to a "failed job" at unknown percentage. I would be grateful for any input on why this happened because I need to back up my data every night. Thank you.
PS: The OFO error had a 0x41 Unknown Error code.
