Backup failed with error code a000fe30

When performing a backup I get the error code a000fe30.

Then the following error

The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.
Backup - \\domain\volume Logon server share Directory \\domain\volume\companydomain.com\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

How can I fix this?

I also received this message with the tape:
