Backup Exec Win2k

I was running a demo 60 day copy, until I could purchase a licensed copy of NT/NT2000 backup. I installed the lisenced copy along with two copies of remote, which I was told I required to see the additional servers. But I was unable to see the servers as they were greyed out.
I have since removed the software, reinstalled inc remote license & now am able to run the backup successfully.
