My company are thinking of upgrading from version 9.1 to version 10.

They've asked me to look into it for them, but I'd like to know if there are any main benefits for upgrading?

Are the new features worth it?

I'd defiantely say yes.

Biggest main benefit is going to be the centralized management/monitoring of all of your BE servers & synthetic/off host backups through the advanced disk-based backup option.
