We had a UPS go down on us the other day and ever since our HSTC and Backup Exec has been down. Noticed today that the robotic library IBM drive was off-line. Did a re-initialization on the IBM box (not in backup exec) and once that completed the IBM drive was on-line again, but all of our disks in the device library are now missing. The slots are still configured but its not reading the drives anymore? Did I screw it up even more by doing a re-initialization of the drives? Do I need to delete the current drives inn backup exec and re-do it, or is there a way to re-assign the media devices to bacup exec? help!!! No backup for 4 days now....and long weekend approaching!!!
