Backup Exec Fails to send E-Mail to public folder in Outlook 1

All,

I have configured BE to send reports to designated folder under public folder in Outlook and fails to send but will send e-mails to all other e-mail accounts. Any suggestions? When I send a test e-mail it indicates that it will be qued before sending but never sends it.

Try this on for size....

If your service email account is something like service@main.my.company.com and you are actually getting by using service@company.com with Exchange parsing it through then this may be your problem. Try using the fully qualified name of the sending(Service) account.
