IS-IT--Management
Help!
Have 5 Servers, 1 NT4, 4 Windows Server 2003.
I have had no success in backing up a recently installed ISA 2004 server using backupexec 9.1. Have managed to get the beremote agent running on the ISA box, by installing it from the cd rather than pushing it from the BackupExec server, but everytime I try to access the remote agent, or do a remote install I get a message saying:-
Attempting to connect to the \\welmede5 server fialed with the following error: The RPC server is unavailable.
After reading an article on the site I attempted to follow the intstructions to set the protocols up and open up the ports, without much success. There also seems to be some need to import the NDMP protocol, but i can't see where to do this either, all attempts at importing it result in a message that it couldn't be imported into the array! I know very little about ISA 2004 but a bit about BackupExec 9.1.
Has anybody managed to get BackupExec to backup a ISA2004 system, and if so, please could you offer me a little guidance!
Regards
Mark
