Backup Exec 9.0 Archive job question

I am trying to create an Archive backup job using BE 9.0. The options to select criteria such as days old a file is are grayed out. The default is 30 days but I can't change it. I tried the Help and Admins guide but there is not much info on Archive backup jobs. Can someone help out? I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I should get the option to Archive only files past a certain date etc....
