Backup Exec 8.6 can't choose mailboxes

What do I need to do to backup the mailboxes? When I try to check those, I get a message stating "Please enter the unique Exchange mailbox name that belongs to the Backup Exec Service Account."

I've made sure that the name is unique throughout the orgainization and ran through the delegation wizard in exchange. I can open outlook with this account and then open other users accounts without any problems. I thought if I was able to do this, the same account would also be able to back up the mailboxes also.

Any help would be much appreciated.
