Backup Exec 10d and backing up an ISA2004 server

We are running BE10d with the respective agenst installed & all remote servers are able to be backed up except the ISA server. Does any body know what has to be done at either end to get this to happen? I have had a quick search in Google for the issues but haven't found a solution. The Veritas/Symantec support site is so hard to work your way around. Had a quick look here & but no joy. Any help wouyld be greatly appreciated

we use backup exec 10d (10.1) and we have successfully backed up our isa server. the only thing i can suggest without seeing the failure message is considering using the advanced open file option but that isn't cheap.

ChrisK provide me with and email and I have the firewall rule that worked for me
