Need a bit of advice. I am working on a business continuity plan for a new client. They have a hot site where there exchange server is backed up. We did a test and the back up exchange server did not work. I haven't received the report yet from the DR site. They did tell me in the event that the exchange server goes down at the main site, it may take up to 2 hours to bring up the backup server. Does this sound normal? The client is doing realtime backup. Any insight, suggestions, would be appreciated.
