Backup ERROR

Im have a IBM 4560 SLX Tape Library, I am receiving a FAULT CODE EROR OF: 3015 ( Soft) Drive timeout failure on the Tape Library.
When I loook at the Job status, activity log I have the following errors, E6300 Windows NT SCSI port error
E6500 Client connect to tape error
E3700 unable to open media
There are 16 jobs running, it seems to run 10 or so and then receives this error on the most important jobs.

If you really are receiving errors on the library itself, it is unlikely this is an arcserve problem and more likely a hardware issue.
