Backup and restore a table

I have a large dbase containing a single table of over 180,000 records. I'm looking for a way to backup and restore any changes made to the table. Idealy I'd keep a seperate table with any changes or additions made to the original table. When nessasary to reinstall the software, I could use the backup table to restore the original tables additions and changes. I'm using ado and would appreciate any suggestions or better ways to approach the problem.
