Backup and 8x24 DR5

I have a new customer on an 8x24 DR5. I want to do a backup.

I have Norstar Remote Utilities v3, Can I use this and a Fast Rad or must I use the older style RAD?

I'm not sure about the FastRAD, but I think you have to use an older style RAD. On DR5 you have to use Norstar Manager to do backup/restore. You'll need R3.7 if you are using WinXP or higher.

You can use that RAD. We are running the DR5 and have a mix of both rads, just have to program them appropriately.
