One of our staff used to be able to highlight text to be removed, then either hit Backspace or Delete to remove it. Now, when she highlights some text and hits Backspace, only one character is removed, and the highlighting turns off. Delete still works, but she's used to hitting backspace for this, and I don't know what she could have done to change how it functions. Help! TIA
