BackOffice and Ex 5.5

I have tried to upgrade my Ex 5.5 to advanced version, to get extra data store. When I go through the upgrade i get to the license screen and it says that I have a BackOffice version which allows 10 current users????. I am sure the disk is an advanced disk and i have 200+ users on the server any ideas?
