backing up xp workstations

Anybody having any luck backing up XP Workstations? I have been getting the following error trying to back up some of my xp sp2 workstations.

"Logon Account "accountname" failed to access "\\ipaddress". The item was not found.

The xp machines we are backing up user defined shares. The machines have the agent installed, the firewall is set to allow the beremote application--and they account has an administrator level account on the machine to be backed up.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The media server is server 2003 with backup exec 9.1 service pack 1 installed.

Restrict Anonymous Support must be enabled on both the server AND the remote machines.

But another question: do you use the Open File Agent? if so, does this work on the SP2 workstations??
