Backing up to ZIP drives

Hi

Apologies for this - I am totally new to Arcserve. Anyway, I'm running Arcserve 2000 Advanced Edition (SP4) on a W2K server (SP3). The documentation seems to suggest you can backup to Iomega Zip drives but I simply can't get Arcserve to recognise the drive.

I'm not using this as a long-term solution - just to enable me to play around and learn the software.

Does anyone know if it's possible to backup to a ZIP drive and if so, how?

The only way would be to run device configuration and then see if the zip drive shows up under the removable drive section. If it does, check the box for it and AS should treat it as a tape drive.
