Backing up The Web Client Box

We are upgrading to 4.5 from 4.0 and it recomends that you backup the Web Client Server first.

The problem is that we cannot get the BackupExec 9.0 Agent to install on the server(W2K). Has anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it?
