do "change system maint" and see if translations is being saved every night. It is a good idea to so "save translations" after u have changed things in the pbx, just in case the pbx goes down between then and when it does a save translations during the night.
U should also have a extra flash card that u store offsite that u change out on a regular basis.
Do u have a annoucements that need to be saved? They are not saved automaticly.
