I have never done a back up. Do i go to BRU or do i go to telephony services where back up and restore tab is. and how do i get it started?

Backing up BCM 200 3.5

They both take you to the same place. but the BRU tab comes first so it's quicker to get to. It will Backup to the E: drive by default, but you should also do an external backup to a sever. I have 60 BCM's and all of them backup to a sever on site and all the servers are backed up nightly to the home office.
