backing up and restoring.

Hi guys,

Im ready to upgrade my server to a newer(daully MP). Im using Veritas 8.6 BE. I have Win2k server and Exchange 2k in the same box. Now tell me if this is good enough to restore everything back. Im only backing up the following: MIS,System State and few important data. So, will just backing up the Microsoft Information State and System State will be enough to restore me back to the orginal setup?
