I have a single record form where users enter employee information. I have a field on the form that is used to mark the employees status like vacation, parental leave ect. It remains blank if the employee status is normal. I would like the field + two others to change colour if the first field is populated. The colour remains until the record is updated with a blank field = back to normal status. I need something to flag users to note employee status.

First field name = Status
2nd field name = Away Dates
3rd field name = Acting

Specific code please, I am not a programmer.

Thanking you in advance,

Jeannie

Take a look at conditional formatting.

Hope This Helps, PH.
