How do you back up an Access report? Since my hard drive crashed at home I am worried about saving my reports here at work. I currently have my Access program loaded onto my computer's hard drive, and I'm sure the reports are saved in some format there, too. I'd like to back them up to either a disk or our public drive. Thanks!

Reports are objects in an Access database. You can save them, for backup purposes, into another Access database. Just export the reports to the other database. Or just backup the database. Terry
