back up operator on QCC

How is a backup operator setup on a QCC? I am unable to set up ext.'s as primary and secondary cover.

Also,

I have an Magix 1.0, that the lead number (PRI) needs to hit the auto-attendant on an Intuity.

Presently, the number pointed to an extension that is fowarded to the QCC. The QCC put it night service to direct calls to the AA. The AA ext is not in the dial plan, or least the best I can figure.
