what posrescue said is correct, although the register iber xxx files might be in your aloha directory, its good to look elsewhere too.
Theoretically, you can put that aloha folder on another computer, in the same location (so if it was in d:\ you have to put it back there) run register xxxxx.bat, throw the sec key in and aloha will work. Oh, set up the share. um. possibly install a driver for the sec key. make sure it's got the same computer and workgroup name as the old server, and the same IP is helpful but not required. Make sure the NIC won't be put to sleep, hard drives don't spin down and the system won't hybernate. create users identical to the old computer and be sure the aloha services are registered under them, if they were before (local system will probably work). yada. yada.
more importantly, 5.2 is really really old and completely non-compliant with security regulations put out by credit cards. from the aloha download site you can get an upgrade executable that will upgrade you from 5.x to 6.4, 6.5 or 6.7. contact your reseller and ask about it, they have to upgrade your key first, then it's kinda straight forward.
the aloha kb has documentation for how to turn a regular windows pc into an aloha server as well.
sorry i can't offer more but that might help some.
oh, yea, if you're aloha server is really old, at least make sure it's dust free, especially the CPU heatsink, on a good UPS, and consider replacing the hard drive. You might need help with the latter but it's not too hard w/ the right software, like ghost.
