Hi
Instead of using a button i want to
navigate to the prvious page on click

i tried with
histroy.back(-1)
but it did not work

First of all, iooo, check your spelling (it's history not histroy), second there are two options:

<a href=&quot;javascript:history.back()&quot;>back</a>
or
<a href=&quot;#&quot; onclick=&quot;history.back()&quot;>back</a>

Parameter (-1) is optional.
