B159 USB not detecting

Hi all,

I have installed a B159 with IPO 500 7.0, the problem is i cannot use the usb cable for VoIP call (Its not detecting on my PC).Can anyone help me on this?

I assume that through the B159s menus you have set the Line Mode to USB.

Yes, I have done the same. But still the same.

Which application are you trying to use on the PC as your softphone?

Even the PC not detecting the USB cable before i launch an application.
