[b]Nortel Flash[/b]

Nortel Flash is not playing the greeting,simply giving the caller the beep at the end of the greeting,signalling them to start recording,this happens on an intermittent basis.

Everything looks okay,version is 2.0.10

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Do a re-install from scratch via F983/1
-Replace software with 2.1
-Replace flash unit
