Sorry if i am posting this in the wrong place as there doesn't seem to be an axis cd storage category . I have a axis storpoint cd server that is going through a 100 meg /s switch out to 10 m/s switches . Users are experiencing extremely slow access to the CD rom when multiple accesses are required . I have placed the CD rom in another server with a SCSI CD rom drive bank and the speed is faster . The other server is accessed via the same 100 m/s switch and 10 m/s switch . I have tried swapping to the other CD rom drives in the CD server with no change in speed. Can anyone please help on what could be the likely cause .
