AWH55 USB headset and phone manager

hey guys,

just wondering if anyone has set up the PC Softphone with the AWH55 USB headset?

i have it set up and working but had a couple of quesions...

can you answer and hang up with the touch of the headset button? as of right now, i have to hit the enter button on the laptop and then press the headset button to activate the call. is there an easier way to do this?

Yep, We'e used the AWH55 before, and haven't had any problems with them.

However, I can't remember if pressing the headset button answers the call - so I didn't post an answer.

we use the AWH55 all the time. we just have NEVER used the usb type that connects to the softphone.

anyways, i guess i will keep trying to play with it to see if i can change anything.

To the best of my knowledge the AWH55 is only a USB headset

Are you thinking of the AWH65?
