We have these headsets connected to the EU24 ports on the 2420 phones per the doc.We are experiencing cutoffs when our acd agents answer the calls using the headset button on the phone. We aren't using auto -answer. Every so often when placing calls (auto-headset off hook set) you will not get dial tone. I think it is a flaw with the EU24 port integration and headset. I usually reset the headset and it clears but I have found that unplugging the cable attached to the EU24 port will also clear it.
