May I use the PC microphone instead of internal / external phone?

think you may need to be running a softphone to use the PC mic something like X lite

Not unless you have a softphone. The AWC web client does not transmit audio, it's only for video and collab (desktop sharing, chat, etc).

It used to be a feature when it was the Intertel product but Mitel have removed this from the spec
