'AW0004 Required privelige not held by client' during backup

This appears when attempting to back up a remote NT4 server, and the error occurs for <every> file on the machine.

Anyone know what it is?!

What version of ARCserve?

Are you backing up through a Client Agent?

Are you using the Backup Agent for Open Files?
