Avery Labels & CFOUTPUT Query

I was wondering if anyone knew of a CF Tag or had any suggestions on how to format the data of an output query to fit onto Avery Mailing labels. I will be using Avery 5960 white laser printer labels. The box says to use template 5160. The labels are 3 across and 10 down with 30 to a sheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
