Avaya VoIP Monitoring Manager/QOS Monitoring

Hi. I recently installed VoIP Monitoring Manager but am getting an incompatibility error. It's version 3.1.13 so is several years old. Is there a newwer version or was this prodcut replaced by something else? If replaced, what with and how can I get my hands on it .

After VMM went EoL Avaya shipped a license for Prognosis with CM (but I think they stopped this a while ago). You can get a 30 day trial of Prognosis at voicequality.com. Alternatives are Nectar or Empirix (I don't know if trial versions are available for those).
