Avaya voicemail pro problems

We are having some problems wit the voicemail pro, when a call enters the voicemail or i a users checks his messages some part of the audio gets cut off. The call does note get disconnected just the audio gets cut off and comes back again.

We have IP Office 8.0 (44) and Voicemail Pro 8.0 (80029)

Any ideas on what could the problem be?
 
can you listen to the wavs in media player to check they have been recorded correctly for first point.

Would also be helpful to know what type of trunks (analog, digital (PRI/T1/E1) or SIP) and what type of phones (analog, digital or IP).

Check the audio files as montyzummer said. You can check them also getting inside the recording folders and play them with the windows media player or any player your VMPro PC has. To check where the files are you can get into settings and look for audio folder.

If the recordings are good, try just to restart the VMpro pc. Sometimes PC goes crazy with no reason...It has worked for me.
 
This are the tests that we have run:

* In the clients network it fails.
* In a separate network, it fails.
* We test it in out lab with another IP Office and the clients configuration, and it fails.
* We also test in our lab with our IP Office and with our configuration and the problem does not show up.

It is safe to mention that the firmware versions are the same and the configuration is pratically the same.

We also format the and configure it mannually and the problem still presenting.

What I mean when I say it fails, is that when you call for example to check your messages the audio gets cut off and it comes back, the call does not get disconnected. This also happens when the voicemail receives a call from the outside, the caller hears the the options the audio gets cut off then it comes back.

 
You are not the first one mentioning this.
Do a search and see if you have the same software version.
But i suggest using version 8_0_1009 or 8_0_1011
You are using the first 8.0 version and there are already two newer versions.

this versions that u are suggesting are for the voicemail pro or the IP office?
 
These are for the voicemail pro.
The 09 version is good but has problems with only Spanish prompts and that is where 11 is made for.
