Can anyone recommend any good company for Avaya Certification related to IP Office Implimentation and compact contact centre certification in or near london.

Need some help install PRI T1 in IP Ofice 406. Have pri card installed in slot 2. PROGRAMMED FOR ni2, SAME AS TELEPHONE COMPANY.iN DEAULT TRUNK GROUP BUT I CAN'T MAKE A OUTGOING CALL. STATUS IT SHOW ALL 23 LINE OUT OF SERVICE. WHAT DID I MISS?

well I did ask my boss if I can go to states for avaya course and he said "NO".

so which company you avaya experts recomend. WESTCOM or MTV Telecom??

I went to Crane (now Westcom) and the course was Ok but the kit was a bit flakey as it had been played around with so much, so you spent half the time waititng for the Instructor to sort it!! Might be better now it's changed hands?
