Good day,

It's been a few years since my last login to this forum but I'm back and thrilled to help you all out as well. I hope someone can help me out with this question.

I'm updating a 6.1.4.0 System Manager with Service Pack 1-1 to go to 6.1.5.0 and then to SP6.
At this point the server is at the point where it's restoring VM data.
Does anyone know how long that should take? After 90 minutes it is still at 0 %.

Any help is appreciated.

If you want to see if the update is still doing something log into the shell and run the command 'ps -ef'. Run it several times and you will notice near the bottom some items will change. You should be able to figure out the restore item. It does take forever. You should be done somewhere between 90 and 120 minutes.

Hmmmm, i have done that for about 5 mins but no changes there. And after 120 minutes it's still at zero percent (status in webbrowser)

Should it be 0 zero percent during this stage?
