I have an Avaya 8700. I also have a Microcall CDR. I am trunk linked to another Avaya switch, and anytime an extension on the other switch calls over that trunk to my switch, it adds a "4" to the beginning of it (example - Extension xxxx will show up in my CDR as 4xxxx if it is UDP'd to the other switch). Is there any way to keep the CDR from recording the "4" without affecting the regular dialing? Any ideas would be met with sincere gratitude.

You probably need to setup a preprocessor in Microcall to remove that "prefix" digit for whatever parameters that you want to set... over a particular trunk-group, extension range, etc.
