I am confused, according to my CAM I was told that since last month we can only offer the Avaya Co-Delivery Model if we are ACSS but according to the Scansource Catalyst configuration tool it clearly states that you can offer it if you are ACIS or ACSS, who is right?
Since I have not taken the test for ACSS I am still stuck on ACIS and I need to put out a couple of proposals...I usually include the Co-Delivery Model because Avaya took away the extended warranty on the parts, any help to clarify this will be greatly appreciated.

By the way is the ACSS test difficult? Do I need to dig deep into CCR, VMPro and Release 9 to take it?

Co-delivery was supposed to only be for ACSS certified partners. I don't think they really enforced it though, but with R9 that could be changing.

@Telecomboy, not according to what my CAM said to me, the requirements where ACIS and they changed it to ACSS a month or two ago but now she is not sure and I am not sure anymore about that after reading the Catalyst Configuration tool disclaimer. Can you be more specific and explain to me what do you mean by enforcing?
In all honesty and to the best of my knowledge we have never called Avaya for any type of support as a matter of fact I do not even know the number to call for support. I just want the Co-delivery to enable me to offer the 5 year extended warranty and the advance replacement.

Only your CAM will be able to give you the correct answers on this. Have this person find out the real deal, then document it. I'm ACSS so I have no idea what the correct answer is. Btw, I just got an email my credential is expiring in 6 months, anyone else get this?

Qtelcom the Avaya credentials expire every two years to make sure engineers are up to date with the product.. I have my email a last month to tell me the same.

qtelcom, i also received it last week.
Normally every two years you have to re-certify but sometimes it gets extended but this time not :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

How deep does the ACSS test go into CCR and Voicemail Pro? This is something that we do not do on a day to day basis, as a matter of fact I personally prefer Xima Chronicall and I have been staying away from the UCM.
