AVAYA supervisor entry question

I believe this will be an easy question. We are using AVAYA CMS Supervisor and I have a person who needs to be able to view real time reports and run historical ones. I am not for sure how to set this person up with those abilities so if someone could provide insight that would be excellent.

Log into the CMS and go to the main menu. Select User Permissions/User Data. Add the usre data there. Go to ACD access and confirm that the user has read access to the ACD. Go to Split/Skill and gige then read access to the required skills. Do the save for vectors and VDNs if required.
